Die Opstal House with Apartments has gone in for a little facelift! It is a purposely designed functional architectural style house based on a historical West Coast Fisherman's cottage with 5 apartments around the swimming pool. The house is designed with 5 self catering apartments around the swimming pool sleeping one couple per apartment, all double beds. Die Opstal is situated in the 2nd row from the Paternoster beach, approximately 60 metres from the sea. Our self catering accommodation units are perfect for the larger family or group. All the cottages are contained under one roof. Each self catering cottage consists of built-in cupboards, shower room and open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Each kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove/oven and microwave. For those wishing to give self catering a break for a while, Paternoster offers an assortment of restaurants and eat-out spots.

Hocus Pocus is a self catering cottage (sleeps 4) in Bek Bay, Paternoster. It is a simple but functional architectural style house based on the historical West Coast Fisherman's cottages as seen all around Paternoster. Hocus Pocus has an interior perfectly in keeping with its location: strung-together shells from curtain rails, sun-kissed kitchen table and intriguing wicker aviary. Sea-worn oar balustrade leading to the upstairs bedroom, where soft yellow create stone walls and inviting linens continue the ocean feel. French doors opening onto a balcony with views of the surrounding Paternoster and the ocean. Our back garden offers shade and seating and is the perfect spot to relax and reflect. In Paternoster things slows down, back to a time when life was a simpler affair. Our self catering cottage will soothe your soul and renew your spirit. Hocus Pocus is just the place for reading, snoozing or doing strictly nothing at all.

The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving.
The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
